The Perfect Partner: It’s About Time
We know how crucial timing is. We are proud of our ability to deliver the product on schedule without interrupting the construction timeline or sales process. We maintain a strict schedule from the outset, providing designs within one week of the initial meeting, and closing the agreement no more than three to four weeks after the initial meeting. By developing and guiding homeowners through each critical decision date, we can ensure enough time to complete the project to the most exacting specifications. Average time for completion is: Pools and spas, 8 weeks; landscaping 2 weeks.

- We work hand-in-hand with your on-site sales, designs and construction personnel to develop realistic timelines from the start, providing sufficient room for issues that may arise.
- Our on-site project superintendents coordinate directly with the homebuilder superintendent to keep the project on time.
- Our family of employees is one of the largest workforces in the Palm Springs area – many have been with us 5 or more years.
